Prior to his Nairobi practice, he held senior roles at global firms such as Kronos and Oracle and has taught at MIT, bringing both corporate and academic perspectives to his advisory.

Haizel is a result driven and strategic thinking Finance and Accounting professional with adequate experience, having demonstrated the ability to; provide key financial data, execute accounting roles, manage operations and prepare detailed budgets.

She possesses over 6 years extensive experience in financial accounting, tax management, asset management and executing office administrative duties.

She is an effective communicator and relationship-builder with superior detail orientation who gathers and imparts information effectively across all management, department, and discipline levels and engenders a collaborative spirit, consistently resulting in extraordinary outcomes.

Maryann is a skilled associate at the firm with expertise in constitutional and human rights law, employment law, succession law, and international law. She is committed to delivering strategic and client-focused legal solutions while advocating with integrity and professionalism. 

Beyond legal practice, Maryann is an active contributor to legal scholarship and advocacy. She co-authored Mental Health and the Criminal Justice System and served as an editor for the East Africa Law Society Journal of Human Rights. With a strong passion for legal research and mooting, she has refined her advocacy skills, earning accolades such as “Best Female Oralist”. 

Muga is the Managing Partner of the firm and heads the Environment, Sustainability & Climate Change; Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT); and Dispute Resolution practices.

With nearly a decade of experience, Muga advises at the intersection of commercial law, carbon markets, and conservation, helping organizations turn sustainability objectives into legally sound, commercially viable, and community-inclusive outcomes.
